岗位职责： - 参与机器人动作研发平台的 Web 端及移动端界面设计，输出高质量视觉稿及设计规范； - 协助建设和维护设计规范、组件库及视觉风格，保障产品体验和视觉一致性； - 参与图标、动效及交互细节设计，提升产品的易用性与视觉表现力； - 深入理解产品需求和用户场景，协助完成信息架构、交互流程及产品细节设计； - 与产品、前端、算法及市场团队协作，跟进设计方案开发落地并持续优化。

任职要求 - 本科及以上学历，视觉传达、交互设计、数字媒体、工业设计等相关专业优先； - 熟练使用 Figma、Illustrator、Photoshop 等设计工具； - 具备一定的动效设计能力，了解 After Effects 等动效工具； - 了解 Web 端和移动端的基础设计原则及规范； - 对色彩、排版、布局和细节具有良好的审美与敏感度； - 具备产品思维、用户同理心及良好的沟通协作能力； - 对 AI、机器人或硬科技产品有兴趣，学习能力和自驱力较强； - 设计类岗位投递需附作品集
