The Nathan Bowers Agency is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, outgoing individual who enjoys connecting with people, closing sales, and working toward meaningful goals.

Whether you bring previous sales experience or you're ready to develop your skills in a new industry, we're looking for someone with the drive to succeed. We'll provide the training, mentorship, and resources to help you build a rewarding career with Farmers Insurance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, and networking

- Connect with prospective customers, identify their needs, and present personalized insurance solutions

- Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance products

- Prepare quotes, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using our CRM system

- Identify cross-selling opportunities with existing customers

- Consistently work toward individual and agency sales goals

- Develop lasting customer relationships that support referrals and continued growth

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO...

- Is motivated by achieving goals and increasing their earning potential

- Enjoys sales, connecting with people, and building professional relationships

- Is comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, and asking for the sale

- Brings previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred, not required)

- Is confident, self-motivated, coachable, and willing to take initiative

- Can stay organized, manage multiple prospects, and consistently follow through

- Currently holds or is willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License

- Is bilingual (a plus, but not required)
