Farmers Insurance is looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Insurance Producer to join our agency team. As an Insurance Producer, you'll play an important role in generating new business, recommending personalized insurance solutions, and developing lasting customer relationships while contributing to the agency's continued growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Insurance Producer, your responsibilities will include:

- Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies

- Consult with customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage

- Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, service, and policy reviews

- Work toward and achieve individual sales goals while contributing to agency growth

- Stay informed about insurance products, services, and applicable compliance requirements

- Use CRM tools to manage leads, track follow-ups, and monitor policy renewals

- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and strategy sessions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking candidates who are proactive, professional, coachable, and motivated to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

- One or more years of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Confidence making outbound calls, conducting sales conversations, and closing deals

- A goal-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving measurable results

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and apply coaching

- Bilingual abilities are a plus
