🛠 你将要“折腾”什么？（岗位职责） 1. 重构集团信息大脑：参与财务信息化、客户关系管理（CRM）、供应链管理等核心系统的全栈开发与架构设计，并亲自对接金蝶等外部巨头系统，玩转企业级数据集成 。 2. ERP 系统的“拆解与进化”：不只是维护现有的集团自建 ERP 系统，你还要对它进行模块化“手术”拆解与重构，提取出强大的通用能力，为全域业务融合打下坚实的技术地基 。 3. 打造“上帝视角”数据看板：开发 ERP 系统内嵌的高能数据看板，实现实时库存、订单履约异常的秒级监控，并构建炫酷的财务数据大盘和 BI 报表 。 4. 系统生态的“超级缝合怪”：负责各大业务系统之间的数据集成与 API 接口开发，与数据中台强强联手实现数据回流，绝对捍卫数据的一致性与准确性 。 5. AI 驱动的极客开发：在实战中疯狂探索 AI 在代码生成、自动化测试、文档产出等场景的极限，甚至亲自下场参与集团智能化开发工具的建设与优化 。

🎯 我们希望你具备什么？（任职要求） 1. 学历与极客底色：2026/2027届应届生，本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业 。对新技术有按捺不住的好奇心，学习应用新工具的速度极快 。 2. 全栈语言天赋：精通至少一门后端语言（Go / Python / Node.js / PHP），并熟练掌握前端当红框架（React），能从前到后一把梭 。 3. AI Native 基因（硬核门槛！）：重度依赖且熟练使用 AI Coding 工具（如 Claude Code、Cursor、GitHub Copilot）进行日常开发，习惯用 AI 思维降维打击并解决复杂的技术问题 。 4. 扎实的技术地盘：熟悉关系型数据库（PostgreSQL / MySQL），有 RESTful API 开发实战经验，了解企业级应用开发模式，或有 BI 报表/数据可视化的开发底子 。
