岗位职责： 1）管理报表与经营分析支持：编制月度管理报表（涵盖损益、净销售额、履约成本、贡献利润等多维度核心指标），参与搭建预实分析模型。 2）预算与预测管理：支持年度预算及滚动预测工作，协助完成预算执行情况监控，跟进差异下发与闭环反馈机制。 3）数据清洗与口径统一：深入理解跨境电商业务链路，配合团队剔除数据噪音，推动财务与业务端核心数据指标口径的标准化与统一化。 4）数字化与系统共建：参与财务数字化升级项目，协助打通从销售平台（如 Shopify 等）到内部 ERP、FMS等系统的自动化数据流。 5）业财协同：与财务BP及各业务线保持紧密沟通，了解业务痛点，提供基础财务数据分析支持，辅助管理层决策。

岗位要求： 1）教育背景：2026 届本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计、经济学、统计学相关专业。 2）专业技能：具备扎实的财务分析和会计基础；极度的数据敏感性，熟练使用 Excel 进行数据处理与建模，会使用 Tableau Prep Builder等数据清洗工具者优先。 3）底层素质：具备优秀的逻辑思维与问题解决能力；不满足于既定流程，有强烈的求知欲和探索精神。 4）沟通协同：出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够在快节奏、跨部门的协作中保持韧性与推动力。
