🛠 你将要“折腾”什么？（岗位职责） 1. 做需求的“共识翻译官”：告别被动接单！你将深入品牌方与内部业务部门（GTM、营销等），主动去聊、去听，挖掘真实的业务痛点。在跨职能会议中长袖善舞，把复杂的商业诉求精准翻译成大家都能听懂的产品逻辑，让所有人向着同一个目标前进。 2. DTC 体验造梦师：把品牌方“进入新市场”、“提升客单价”的宏大商业目标，巧妙地拆解为具体的 Shopify 独立站功能。不仅要画出漂亮的高保真原型，还要像搭乐高一样，灵活筛选和集成第三方 App，为客户拼凑出最优的数字体验方案。 3. 人机协作的“魔法编排家”：作为 AI 的调度员，你将思考哪些环节交给聪明的 AI Agent，哪些必须保留人类独有的决策与温度。你还会亲自上手测试并优化我们新构建的 AI 工作流 MVP，在实战中拉满你的商业直觉。 4. AI 大脑的“饲养员”：把业务领域里老专家们脑子里的隐性知识，结构化地整理出来“喂”给 AI 系统，让 AI 变得更懂业务，从而提升整个团队的交付幸福感。

🎯 我们希望你具备什么？（任职要求） 1. 专业与视野底座：2026/2027届统招本科及以上学历。拥有优秀的美学感知、逻辑思维或技术理解力（如果你是计算机、工业设计、心理学或商科背景，我们会疯狂心动）。 2.
