🛠 你将要负责什么？（岗位职责） 前端视觉与交互开发：基于 React / Next.js 或其他同类技术栈开发面向 C 端用户的响应式界面，熟练运用 Tailwind CSS、 Radix UI、Bootstrap 等进行高效的组件封装与复用，交付创意、美观的网站。 后端 API 与服务构建：使用 Next.js / AWS / Vercel 等搭建稳定高效的中间件接口与业务逻辑，处理好日常的数据存储和核心业务逻辑。 交互动效与性能优化：实现细腻顺滑的页面交互动画，利用各类工具排查并优化首屏加载与渲染性能，确保站点在不同国家和设备上都能流畅访问。 拥抱 AI 提效与工程实践：熟练运用 AI 编码助手辅助编写代码；遵循标准的 Git 工作流，参与团队 Code Review，并沉淀清晰实用的技术文档。

🎯 我们希望你具备什么？（任职要求） 学历与专业基础：2026/2027届统招本科及以上学历，理工科背景（计算机科学、软件工程等专业优先）。希望你平时热爱折腾技术，善于学习，有扎实的个人项目或实习积累。 全栈技术栈：熟练掌握 React / Vue 技术栈，并熟悉至少一门后端开发语言（如 Node.js / Python / Go）；HTML/CSS/JS 基础扎实，精通响应式布局。 AI 编码实战：日常深度使用 Codex、Cursor 或 Claude Code 等 AI 辅助编程工具，具备良好的代码审查直觉，能有效甄别并验证生成代码的可靠性。 产品与协作意识：有较强的产品品味，不仅能写出干净的代码，还能理解背后的业务诉求，乐于和设计师、产品经理顺畅沟通。
