【岗位概述】 我们是面向海外女性用户探索 AI 陪伴/情感社交产品，能深度参与 LLM、多模态、Agent 等前沿 AI 能力的产品化；产品、增长、商业化都能参与，业务探索空间和自主度较大。 该岗位负责海外 AI 陪伴类 C 端产品的设计与迭代，探索 AI 在陪伴场景中的创新应用，并通过数据驱动用户增长及商业化。

【岗位职责】 - 负责海外 AI 陪伴类 C 端产品的全流程设计与迭代，深度挖掘用户社交互动等场景需求，定义产品路线图与功能规划 - 结合 AI 能力（如 LLM、多模态、Agent 等）设计创新性陪伴体验，推动产品功能落地与持续优化 - 负责 Prompt 工程、模型效果评测流程优化，确保 AI 交互自然、个性化，并持续提升内容生成质量 - 通过 A/B 测试、数据洞察优化用户增长路径，实现全球各区域用户的规模化增长 - 基于用户行为与付费数据，持续优化商业化策略与产品体验的平衡

【任职要求】 - 具备 C 端产品经验，有用户增长或商业化体系建设经验者优先 - 了解海外社交/内容平台（如 TikTok、Instagram、Discord 等）及用户习惯，具备全球化产品视角 - 对用户情感需求、陪伴经济有敏锐洞察，能结合文化差异设计产品。 - 具备强数据分析和逻辑推理能力，能通过数据发现产品机会，驱动迭代和增长。
