你在这里会负责： - 参与站内播客内容的筛选、整理与日常推荐，挖掘优质节目和单集，协助提升内容的发现与分发效率 - 关注站内热点议题、名人动态及社交媒体趋势，提炼具有传播潜力的内容亮点，为内容增长提供支持 - 参与平台内容专题、运营活动及跨部门合作项目，协助完成内容策划、文案输出和项目执行 - 跟进内容运营效果，完成日常数据记录、内容质量复核及阶段性复盘，并协助优化相关工作流程

我们希望你： - 大三及以上在校生，每周到岗4天以上，实习期半年以上 - 热爱听播客，收听品类广泛，对播客内容与创作有自己的理解和审美标准 - 对热点议题、名人动态、流行文化和社交媒体内容保持敏感，能够判断内容的传播亮点与用户兴趣 - 具备优秀的文案撰写能力，能快速抓取复杂内容的重点，输出有传播力的文字 - 沟通顺畅，具有良好的协作意识，能够同时对接内容、投放、市场等不同团队 - 具备基础的数据意识，能够使用 Excel 或在线表格完成数据整理、追踪和复盘
