关于这个岗位 - 我们希望寻找一位负责小宇宙推荐、搜索方向的算法负责人。 - 这并不是一个传统意义上的算法管理岗位。相比团队规模和管理经验，我们更关心你是否真正理解搜推系统、是否依然愿意深入一线，以及是否能够站在业务视角思考：一个内容产品的搜推系统应该解决什么问题，以及下一步应该往哪里走。 - 你会与产品、数据和工程团队一起，持续理解用户的内容消费行为，定义搜推系统的核心问题，并推动搜推能力从策略、算法到系统持续演进。

你将负责 - 负责小宇宙算法（推荐、搜索）方向的整体规划和核心方案设计，持续提升内容分发效率及用户体验； - 基于用户行为、内容特征和业务目标，识别搜推系统当前最重要的问题，并自主提出解决方案； - 持续优化搜推系统，涵盖召回、排序、特征与样本建设、多目标优化、冷启动，以及搜索场景下的查询理解与相关性优化； - 建立与业务目标匹配的搜推评估体系，理解模型指标与用户体验、留存、消费深度、内容生态之间的关系； - 推动算法、产品、数据及工程团队形成共同目标，并推动关键项目落地； - 根据业务阶段判断技术投入优先级，在效果、工程复杂度和团队资源之间做出合理取舍； - 负责搜推算法团队的建设和人才培养。

我们希望你 - 有较丰富的推荐、搜索算法工作经验，完整参与过成熟搜推系统的建设和持续演进； - 对搜推系统整体架构有比较深入的理解，不局限于算法优化或某一细分环节； - 能够在关注模型效果之上，更多理解用户行为、内容生态和业务指标，准确定义业务价值目标； - 同时关注业务的中短期重点问题，和长期发展方向，并给出高效准确的技术路线； - 具备较强的业务 ownership 和一线技术能力，能从算法视角参与业务目标与产品策略制定，主动识别关键问题、深入技术细节，通过跨团队协作推动落地； - 有兴趣从成熟体系进入早期小团队，享受从问题定义到最终落地的完整过程。

加分项 - 有内容平台推荐系统经验； - 经历过推荐系统从相对早期到成熟阶段的演进； - 带过小型算法团队或承担过 Tech Lead / 项目负责人角色； - 对Agentic RecSys / LLM在搜推中的应用有过实践经验。
