你在这里会负责： - 负责小宇宙站内 DTC 品牌播客的投放执行，把控「需求梳理 - Brief 撰写 - 博主/节目筛选与洽谈 - 审稿沟通 - 数据追踪复盘」的投放全链路 - 维护与博主的合作关系，参与与外部品牌方的沟通，协助收集项目需求并落地为合作方案、同步执行进展 - 基于数据反馈和品牌目标，持续优化投放利点与内容呈现方式，探索更高效的品牌内容合作模式，并向团队和品牌方提出建议 - 负责项目数据的追踪、汇总与分析，定期产出复盘报告，并在项目推进中做好信息整理与对齐

我们希望你： - 沟通能力强，擅长与不同角色（博主、品牌方、内部团队）高效对接，具备较强的需求理解与推进能力 - 了解各大平台生态，具备网感与内容能力 - 了解播客生态或对播客内容感兴趣者优先，熟悉小宇宙产品调性加分 - 2027届及以后毕业，能稳定线下实习3个月及以上，每周到岗四天及以上

【加分项】 - 有商业化、市场、销售、品牌传播等相关实习或项目经验者优先 - 有社交媒体账号运营经验者优先（个人账号、官方账号均可，如有请在简历中附上账号信息）
