【岗位概述】 我们正在持续探索 AI 产品在全球市场的增长机会，希望找到一位真正理解海外内容生态、用户和创作者的伙伴，一起建立更有效的海外KOL营销方式。 这不仅是一个达人合作的执行岗位。你会深入参与从达人策略、内容方向、商务合作到数据复盘与增长验证的完整链路，并对最终营销效果负责。

【岗位职责】 - 海外达人开发与维护 - 根据品牌及项目需求，开发TikTok、YouTube、Instagram等平台的海外达人 - 负责达人筛选、邀约、商务沟通、合作谈判及长期关系维护 - 持续完善达人资源库，并根据合作表现对达人进行分类和优化

  • 营销项目执行
  • 独立推进海外达人营销项目，包括合作方案制定、达人匹配、内容Brief撰写、内容审核、发布跟进及交付管理
  • 协调达人、内部团队及相关合作方，保障项目按计划上线
  • 及时处理项目执行过程中的问题，并对项目进度和交付质量负责
  • 数据分析与项目优化
  • 跟踪内容曝光、互动、引流及ROI等核心指标
  • 结合数据评估达人及内容表现，优化达人选择、内容方向和合作方式
  • 完成项目复盘，沉淀可复用的合作经验和执行流程

【任职要求】 - 本科及以上学历，具备良好的英语沟通能力，能够使用英语开展达人开发、商务沟通和内容审核工作 - 具备三年以上海外红人营销、达人营销或相关工作经验 - 熟悉TikTok、YouTube、Instagram中至少两个平台的内容生态及达人合作流程

【加分项】 - 有一定的海外达人或机构资源积累 - 有 IAP C 端变现产品的投放经验
