Estamos assessorando uma empresa de tecnologia e telecomunicações, especializada em telefonia em nuvem e plataformas de atendimento digital, na contratação de Estagiário(a) de Prospecção Comercial.

Aqui você não vai ficar só pesquisando contatos: vai aprender a prospectar, conversar com gestores e empresários, qualificar oportunidades e agendar reuniões para o time de vendas, com treinamento e acompanhamento do gestor. Se você cursa TI ou áreas correlatas, tem interesse em tecnologia e vontade de desenvolver o lado comercial, essa vaga foi desenhada para você.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Pesquisar empresas com potencial de contratação das soluções de telefonia em nuvem e atendimento digital, para direcionar a prospecção a quem realmente tem a necessidade.
  • Prospectar novos clientes por telefone, e-mail, LinkedIn e WhatsApp, usando scripts e técnicas de abordagem ensinados pelo time.
  • Se conectar com empresários e gestores das áreas comercial, administrativa e de TI, porque é falando com quem decide que as oportunidades nascem.
  • Entender a necessidade de cada potencial cliente e qualificar os contatos, para que o time de vendas invista tempo nas melhores oportunidades.
  • Agendar reuniões e demonstrações para a equipe comercial, que é a ponte entre a sua prospecção e o fechamento do negócio.
  • Fazer follow-ups com os contatos prospectados, mantendo o relacionamento ativo e registrando cada retorno.
  • Manter o CRM e as listas de contatos organizados e atualizados, garantindo que nenhuma oportunidade se perca.
  • Participar de treinamentos sobre produtos, ferramentas digitais e técnicas de prospecção, para evoluir rápido e ganhar autonomia aos poucos.

Jornada de Trabalho: presencial, em Palhoça/SC, com jornada de estágio de até 6 horas por dia (30 horas semanais).

  • Estar cursando ensino superior ou técnico em Tecnologia da Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Sistemas de Informação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas
  • Conhecimentos básicos de informática, internet, e-mail e pacote Office/Google Workspace
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
  • Disponibilidade para atuar de forma presencial em Palhoça/SC
  • Interesse em tecnologia, vendas e prospecção de clientes
