Estamos assessorando um escritório de contabilidade com mais de 14 anos de mercado, na Zona Leste de São Paulo, na contratação de um(a) Assistente de Departamento Pessoal para o time da área.

Aqui você não vai só rodar rotinas: vai calcular, conferir, orientar e ser a referência trabalhista para clientes de diferentes segmentos, com acompanhamento direto da liderança contábil. Se você domina folha de pagamento, gosta de aprender e quer crescer dentro de uma estrutura com plano de carreira, essa vaga foi desenhada para você.

No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Cuidar de toda a rotina do Departamento Pessoal, garantindo que admissões, férias, rescisões e folha aconteçam no prazo, porque aqui prazo legal não é negociável.
  • Atender os clientes de forma consultiva, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre legislação trabalhista e ajudando a empresa a decidir com segurança.
  • Realizar processos de admissão e rescisão de colaboradores, conduzindo cada etapa com atenção à documentação e às regras vigentes.
  • Calcular e controlar férias e demais direitos trabalhistas, mantendo tudo conferido e sem surpresas para o cliente.
  • Elaborar e conferir a folha de pagamento e os encargos sociais, com olhar atento para evitar retrabalho.
  • Emitir e conferir as guias de recolhimento (INSS, FGTS e IRRF), assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos.
  • Preparar e acompanhar homologações, sempre que necessário, e acompanhar negociações com sindicatos, acordos e convenções coletivas.
  • Manter cadastros e arquivos atualizados e organizados, conforme as normas internas.
  • Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios e indicadores do setor, garantindo conformidade com a legislação trabalhista e previdenciária.

Jornada de Trabalho: de segunda a quinta-feira, das 08h às 18h, e às sextas-feiras, das 08h às 17h. Trabalho 100% presencial.

  • Experiência com processamento de folha de pagamento
  • Experiência com o sistema Domínio (Thomson Reuters)
  • Excel em nível básico a intermediário
  • Graduação em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Administração ou Ciências Contábeis (concluída ou em andamento)
  • Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial no Tatuapé, São Paulo/SP
