Wir suchen ab sofort unbefristet und in Vollzeit eine:n Executive Assistant (m/w/d) in Berlin.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt unseren Geschäftsführer und den Chair des Global AI Boards sowohl bei seinen täglichen Aufgaben als auch bei Projekten auf Unternehmensebene
  • Du unterstützt unseren Geschäftsführer bei der Entwicklung von Fieldfisher X zu einer europaweit führenden Einheit für skalierbare Rechtsdienstleistungen
  • Du übernimmst die Korrespondenz unternehmensweit und mit externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Du stellst ein reibungsloses Terminmanagement sicher. Dabei arbeitest Du vorausschauend und hast alles im Blick
  • Du bereitest aussagekräftige und anschauliche Präsentationen und Auswertungen vor
  • Du nimmst an entscheidenden Meetings teil und führst Protokoll
  • Du arbeitest Dich schnell in neue Themen ein, recherchierst schnell und entwickelst eine eigene Position

Über Dich

  • Du hast ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches, juristisches oder computerwissenschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • Du bringst Erfahrungen aus Unternehmensberatungen, Start-Ups oder Scale-Ups mit
  • Du nutzt KI und Technologie täglich, um beste Ergebnisse zu erzielen
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, denkst strategisch und bringst Freude an der Koordination verschiedener Beteiligter mit
  • Du bist sehr strukturiert und besitzt die nötige Gelassenheit, um mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu erledigen
