Wir suchen ab sofort unbefristet und in Vollzeit eine:n Head of Human Relations (m/w/d) für unser HR-Team in Hamburg.

Was Du bei uns machst

  • Du entwickelst unsere HR-Strategie kontinuierlich weiter und setzt sie ganzheitlich entlang des Employee Lifecycles um
  • Du begleitest das Wachstum der Kanzlei aktiv und berätst das Management sowie relevante Stakeholder in allen HR-relevanten Fragestellungen
  • Du gestaltest eine erstklassige Employee-Experience-Journey und konzipierst innovativem wirkungsvolle Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team baust Du unsere HR-Standards und -Prozesse aus und begleitest die weitere Digitalisierung der HR-Landschaft
  • Du koordinierst und gestaltest unseren Performance-Management-Prozess und entwickelst diesen strategisch weiter
  • Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört die Weiterentwicklung der Vergütungs- und Benefit-Strategie sowie die Budgetplanung

Was Du mitbringst

  • Einschlägige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in verschiedenen HR-Positionen mit - idealerweise im Bereich der Professional Services oder in einer Kanzlei
  • Einen überzeugenden Track Record in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer Personalkonzepte
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium - bevorzugt im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder Rechtswissenschaften
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Professionalität
  • Souveräne Kommunikation auf Aufgenhöhe mit Vertreter:innen aller Ebenen und ein angemessenes Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke sowie einschlägige Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung leistungsstarker Teams
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
