Wir suchen ab sofort eine:n Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte:n (m/w/d) unbefristet und in Vollzeit für unser Büro in Düsseldorf.

Was Du bei uns machst

  • Du erstellst und bearbeitest gerichtlichen und außergerichtlichen Schriftverkehr in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du koordinierst Termine und Dienstreisen und behältst den Überblick über anstehende Meetings
  • Du bereitest Dokumente vor und nach und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen
  • Du übernimmst allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben wie das Dokumenten- und Fristenmanagement und hältst unsere Datenbank auf dem aktuellsten Stand
  • Du führst selbstständig die Mandatsakten und erstellst die Abrechnung der Mandate

Was Du mitbringst

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte:r abgeschlossen
  • Idealerweise bringst Du mind. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Assistant einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei mit
  • Neben der deutschen Sprache beherrschst Du fließend die englische Sprache
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest gerne selbstständig, zuverlässig und genau
  • Last but not least: Du hast Freude daran, Dich und Dein Können für unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg einzubringen
