Liderar o desenvolvimento de cada projeto da companhia;

Assegurar que os projetos cheguem ao comitê de investimentos com informação suficiente para decisão;

Explicar, de forma direta, o que está sendo construído, quanto custa, em que prazo, com quais riscos e qual capacidade de execução existe;

Traduzir decisões do comitê para o plano de execução;

Coordenar design, engenharia básica e detalhada, interfaces técnicas e premissas de capacidade;

Garantir que escopo, especificações e requisitos de cliente estejam controlados;

Gerenciar grandes fornecedores, EPCs, turnkey contractors, PCistas e parceiros de execução;

Acompanhar contratação, mobilização, produtividade, qualidade, segurança e entrega;

Ser o dono do orçamento de CAPEX e do acompanhamento orçado versus realizado;

Controlar contingência, variações, compromissos assumidos e projeção até o término;

Manter cronograma integrado, caminho crítico e marcos de entrega;

Histórico comprovado de entrega de projetos complexos de missão crítica, preferencialmente com CAPEX de centenas de milhões a bilhões; Experiência em conduzir o ciclo completo do projeto: desenvolvimento, aprovação, design, contratação, construção, comissionamento e entrega; Evidência de projetos entregues no prazo e dentro do orçamento; Gestão de grandes fornecedores, contratadas EPC/turnkey/PCistas e contratos de execução; Capacidade de estruturar governança, reportar para board e traduzir temas técnicos para executivos e investidores; Inglês fluente; Vivência em empresas com private equity, fundo de infraestrutura ou board internacional – desejável
