The posting

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Estruturar a área de Crédito da Fintech, definindo políticas, processos, regras, alçadas e critérios de concessão;
  • Ter conhecimento sobre o produto capital de giro garantida por recebíveis futuros (fumaça).
  • Criar e calibrar a política de crédito PJ, contemplando aprovação, limites, prazos e pricing de acordo com o perfil de risco;
  • Estruturar políticas e regras voltadas principalmente a pequenas e médias empresas, considerando produtos como capital de giro e outras modalidades aderentes a esse público;
  • Desenvolver, em parceria com Dados, modelos e scores de crédito utilizando dados proprietários do ecossistema e informações provenientes de bureaus;
  • Definir quais informações, variáveis e análises serão necessárias para construção e evolução dos modelos de crédito;
  • Estruturar mecanismos de acompanhamento e gestão do risco e da carteira, acompanhando indicadores de inadimplência, PD, LGD, EAD e safras de crédito;
  • Ser responsável pela gestão do pós-crédito, acompanhando carteira, recebimentos, inadimplência e recuperação;
  • Estruturar a estratégia de cobrança preventiva e ativa, incluindo processos de negociação e recuperação;
  • Estruturar e acompanhar os processos relacionados a prevenção e triagem de fraudes;
  • Atuar sobre KYC/KYB e conhecer as regras regulatórias necessárias para que os produtos sejam estruturados corretamente;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com parceiros externos responsáveis pela infraestrutura financeira e regulatória;
  • Participar da estruturação da operação de crédito por meio de FIDC/fundos terceiros;
  • Traduzir a estratégia e política de crédito em requisitos claros para Dados, Produto e Tecnologia;
  • Avaliar soluções e fornecedores disponíveis no mercado, buscando alternativas que permitam escalar a operação sem necessariamente construir grandes estruturas internas;
  • Construir gradualmente o time de Crédito e Cobrança conforme a evolução e as necessidades do negócio.

Perfil Técnico:

  • Experiência sólida em Crédito, preferencialmente em fintechs, bancos digitais, meios de pagamento ou instituições financeiras;
  • Experiência relevante com crédito PJ para pequenas e médias empresas;
  • Conhecimento prático na construção e/ou revisão de políticas e regras de crédito;
  • Conhecimento de risco de crédito e gestão de carteira;
  • Domínio dos principais indicadores e metodologias relacionados a crédito e inadimplência;
  • Experiência ou conhecimento consistente em cobrança/pós-crédito;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com Dados para estruturação de scores, modelos, regras e monitoramento;
  • Capacidade de traduzir necessidades de Crédito para Produto, Tecnologia e Dados;
  • Visão de negócio e entendimento do impacto das decisões de crédito na sustentabilidade e crescimento da operação.

Local - SP (atuação modelo hibrido - 2x na semana no escritório na Berrini).
