Definir e executar a estratégia de Tecnologia da Informação, garantindo alinhamento ao planejamento estratégico e evolução do Plano Diretor de TI.

Liderar o portfólio de projetos estruturantes, assegurando priorização, governança, cumprimento de prazos, controle de custos, qualidade das entregas e

atendimento aos SLAs.

Conduzir iniciativas de evolução tecnológica envolvendo ERP, CRM, sistemas industriais, logística, planejamento de demanda, reforma tributária e integração de

plataformas corporativas.

Garantir a evolução da arquitetura tecnológica, governança de dados, plataformas analíticas e infraestrutura para inteligência artificial, em parceria com a área de

Transformação Digital e Inovação.

Supervisionar as operações de infraestrutura, cloud, cibersegurança e continuidade dos negócios, assegurando disponibilidade, proteção de dados e

conformidade regulatória.

Fortalecer os processos de governança de TI, incluindo gestão de riscos, indicadores, políticas, contratos, fornecedores estratégicos e orçamento

CAPEX/OPEX.

Liderar e desenvolver a estrutura de tecnologia, promovendo maior produtividade, desenvolvimento das lideranças, integração entre equipes e cultura de alta

performance.

Atuar como parceiro estratégico das áreas de negócio e da alta liderança, identificando oportunidades de inovação, eficiência operacional e geração de valor

por meio da tecnologia;

Experiência consolidada em posições de liderança de TI, preferencialmente como Diretor ou Gerente Sênior com gestão de outros gerentes, e visão abrangente de sistemas, infraestrutura, cibersegurança, dados e arquitetura. Histórico consistente na condução de projetos estruturantes e de alta complexidade, com forte atuação em delivery, implantação de governança, gestão de portfólio e cumprimento de SLAs. Conhecimento em sistemas corporativos e ERPs robustos (SAP ou Oracle), integração de sistemas, arquitetura tecnológica, cloud, segurança da informação e governança de dados. Vivência na construção e execução do Plano Diretor de TI (PDTI), gestão de orçamento CAPEX/OPEX, fornecedores estratégicos e projetos de transformação digital, preferencialmente em ambientes de crescimento acelerado e operações complexas.
