Votre rôle Comme architecte, vous participerez à la conception, à la coordination et au suivi des projets qui vous seront confiés. Selon votre expérience, vous pourrez prendre en charge certains mandats et agir comme personne-ressource auprès des clients, professionnels et collègues. Vos principales responsabilités Prendre en charge et coordonner des projets architecturaux de différentes envergures; Rencontrer les clients, comprendre leurs besoins et les accompagner dans leurs projets; Participer à la conception et préparer, superviser ou réviser les plans, devis et documents techniques; Coordonner les ingénieurs, consultants, entrepreneurs et autres intervenants; Suivre les échéanciers, budgets, heures et avancement des mandats; Effectuer ou superviser les visites de chantier et assurer le contrôle de la qualité. Profil Diplôme universitaire en architecture et membre en règle de l’Ordre des architectes du Québec; 3 à 5 années d’expérience pertinente souhaitées; Expérience en coordination ou prise en charge de projets; Bonne connaissance du milieu de la construction au Québec, des codes et règlements applicables; Maîtrise d’AutoCAD et Revit; Autonomie, sens des priorités, jugement, leadership positif et esprit d’équipe; Atouts : expérience en surveillance de chantier ou administration de projet, projets commerciaux/institutionnels/industriels, SketchUp ou Photoshop, carte ASP Construction.
