Dans un contexte de croissance et de développement de notre volet clinique, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) technique en pharmacie volet clinique expérimenté(e) et un(e) Technicien(ne en pharmacie (TP) pour se joindre à notre équipe. 4 semaines de vacances; Congés mobiles offerts; Programme Bien-Être; Automatisation et robotisation des opérations; REER avec participation de l'employeur; Entreprise active dans sa communauté; Équipe enthousiaste où chaque journée commence avec le sourire! Vos principales responsabilités seront : Accueillir la clientèle avec courtoisie et professionnalisme; Collecter et saisir les données des clients, incluant le suivi et l’ajustement des thérapies; Participer à la chaîne de travail (VCC) : préparation des piluliers et vérification des ordonnances (VRx) avant validation par le pharmacien; Soutenir les patients, incluant conseils sur les médicaments en vente libre et suivi via ACESSA, en référant au pharmacien au besoin; Participer au suivi des INR pour les patients sous anticoagulants; Participer à la gestion et au contrôle de l’inventaire et des narcotiques. Profil À partir de 5 ans d'expérience comme ATP, idéalement avec un volet clinique; DEP en Assistance technique en pharmacie (atout); Formation DVCC pilulier, chaine, VRX (atout); Connaissance du logiciel de gestion Priorx pour le suivi des dossiers patients et la gestion des ordonnances (atout); Familiarité avec la plateforme clinique Empego pour le soutien aux suivis patients et la préparation des consultations (atout) Rigueur, autonomie et sens des responsabilités; Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement avec les patients et les collègues.
