Fondée en 1960, MindCore Technologies est une entreprise manufacturière québécoise spécialisée dans la conception et la fabrication d’équipements destinés aux installations électriques de moyenne et haute tension, notamment des sectionneurs. Aujourd’hui, avec deux usines à Terrebonne et près de 200 employés, MindCore poursuit son développement et souhaite s’entourer de leaders capables de contribuer activement à cette prochaine phase de croissance. Ce qui vous attend: Salaire de 90K à 105K par année, selon l’expérience; Horaire de 37,5 heures par semaine; Fermeture des bureaux à midi tous les vendredis; Télétravail; Assurances collectives; Télémédecine et PAE; REER avec contribution de l’employeur; Votre rôle: Relevant de la Direction Qualité et Amélioration continue, la personne deviendra la référence interne en santé, sécurité et environnement pour les différents sites de MindCore. Elle contribuera au développement d’une culture où la prévention, la responsabilité et l’amélioration continue font partie intégrante des opérations quotidiennes de MindCore. Vos principales responsabilités seront : Structurer les programmes de prévention et uniformiser les pratiques SSE; Analyser les risques industriels et ergonomiques, coordonner les enquêtes et assurer le suivi des mesures correctives; Accompagner les gestionnaires, animer les comités et développer les activités de formation et de sensibilisation; Piloter l’implantation et le maintien des systèmes ISO 45001 et ISO 14001, en collaboration avec le système qualité existant; Structurer la gestion environnementale, notamment les matières résiduelles et dangereuses; Développer les indicateurs de performance et soutenir les audits et l’amélioration continue. Profil DEC, certificat ou baccalauréat en santé et sécurité, environnement, prévention, hygiène industrielle, gestion ou génie industriel, ou toute autre discipline pertinente; Une combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience pourra être considérée; 3 à 5 années d’expérience pertinente, idéalement dans un environnement manufacturier ou industriel; Formation ou expérience comme auditeur interne ISO constitue un atout considérable; Profil terrain, structuré et autonome, doté d’un leadership mobilisateur et d’une approche orientée vers les solutions; Capacité à analyser les problématiques, à en identifier les causes et à établir des priorités d’action concrètes; Aptitude à mobiliser les différents intervenants, à harmoniser les pratiques et à assurer le suivi des actions jusqu’à leur réalisation; Bilinguisme français-anglais, un atout.
