Réorganisations corporatives, ventes et acquisitions d’entreprises, planification fiscale et successorale, fiducies, transferts d’entreprises : leur pratique fiscale offre une grande diversité de mandats et permet de mettre à profit vos connaissances dans des situations concrètes. Vos principales responsabilités seront : Selon votre expérience et vos intérêts: Participer à des réorganisations d’entreprises : gel successoral, fiducies, intégration d’employés clés, transferts agricoles, sociétés de gestion, incorporations de professionnels, planifications successorales, etc.; Rédiger des mémorandums de planification fiscale et des opinions fiscales; Effectuer des recherches fiscales approfondies et analyser des situations complexes; Préparer et réviser des déclarations fiscales pour une clientèle diversifiée de PME, de sociétés et de particuliers; Accompagner les clients dans le cadre de vérifications fiscales, d’oppositions et de communications avec les autorités fiscales; Agir comme personne-ressource auprès des CPA et des responsables de dossiers lorsqu’un enjeu fiscal se présente; Participer au développement des connaissances et des pratiques fiscales au sein du cabinet; Collaborer avec les CPA et responsables de dossiers lorsqu’un enjeu fiscal se présente; Évoluer progressivement vers un rôle-conseil offrant une plus grande autonomie dans la prise en charge des dossiers. Profil Formation de deuxième cycle en fiscalité (D.E.S.S. ou Maitrise); Expérience pertinente de 3 à 5 ans en fiscalité; Expérience en cabinet comptable; Bonne connaissance de la fiscalité canadienne et québécoise des sociétés; Connaissance des logiciels Caseware/Caseview, fiscaux Taxprep, CCH Ifirm, TaxnetPro; Maîtrise de la Suite Office; Aisance dans un environnement informatisé; Titre CPA (un atout); Excellentes capacités de recherche, d’analyse et de rédaction; Capacité à gérer les priorités et respecter les échéanciers; Rigueur, autonomie et intérêt pour la résolution de problèmes fiscaux complexes; Esprit d’équipe et facilité à communiquer avec les professionnels et les clients.
