Principales responsabilités : Accompagner et conseiller les clients dans leurs démarches juridiques ; Analyser les dossiers et identifier les besoins des clients ; Rédiger, réviser et recevoir divers actes notariés ; Assurer la gestion complète et le suivi des dossiers ; Effectuer les recherches et vérifications juridiques nécessaires ; Expliquer les documents et procédures aux clients de façon claire et accessible ; Effectuer la publication des actes ; Collaborer avec les différents intervenants aux dossiers ; Veiller au respect des obligations professionnelles et déontologiques ; Superviser le personnel de soutien ; Participer activement au développement et au bon fonctionnement de l’étude. Profil Diplôme en droit notarial ; Membre de la Chambre des notaires du Québec ; Minimum de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en droit immobilier ; Excellente capacité d’organisation ; Autonomie et rigueur professionnelle ; Approche humaine et orientée vers le service à la clientèle ; Intérêt pour un modèle moderne et collaboratif de pratique notariale.
