Vos principales responsabilités seront: En tant que spécialiste en recrutement, vous serez responsable de l’ensemble du cycle de recrutement pour divers mandats, tout en agissant à titre de conseiller(ère) stratégique auprès des clients. Analyser les besoins de main-d'œuvre en collaboration avec les clients afin de bien cerner le profil recherché et les conditions de succès du poste; Planifier et piloter la stratégie de recrutement, en élaborant un plan d’attraction sur mesure combinant affichage, approche directe (chasse de tête), et campagnes numériques; Mener des recherches actives et ciblées de talents via nos bases de données, LinkedIn, recommandations et autres canaux spécialisés; Effectuer les préqualifications téléphoniques, la sélection par entrevue virtuelle et, au besoin, administrer des tests d’évaluation pour valider les compétences clés; Présenter les candidatures retenues aux clients avec des résumés structurés et des recommandations éclairées; Conseiller les clients sur leur marque employeur, leurs pratiques d’attraction et leurs conditions de travail afin d’optimiser leur positionnement; Assurer une expérience candidat exceptionnelle, en maintenant des communications humaines, transparentes et respectueuses à chaque étape du processus; Agir comme partenaire de confiance auprès des clients en assurant un suivi rigoureux, en anticipant les enjeux et en adaptant les stratégies au besoin; Participer activement à l’amélioration continue des outils, processus et approches utilisés au sein de la firme. Profil Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en recrutement actif dans une variété de secteurs d’activité et pour des postes de niveaux professionnels variés; Expérience dans une firme de recrutement; Français écrit et oral impeccable et anglais fonctionnel ou plus ; Capacité de résilience, de persévérance et à atteindre des résultats; Capacité à gérer plusieurs mandats simultanément avec rigueur et autonomie; Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en analyse et en conseil; Sens du service client, professionnalisme et souci de la qualité; Maîtrise des outils technologiques de recrutement; DEC ou Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en relations industrielles ou en administration (atout); Connaissance de l'ATS Zoho Recruit (un atout); Permis de conduire valide et avoir accès à une voiture; Membre de l'Ordre des CRHA (un atout).
