Dans un contexte de croissance et de développement de notre volet clinique, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) technique en pharmacie volet clinique expérimenté(e) et un(e) Technicien(ne en pharmacie (TP) pour se joindre à notre équipe. Ce qui vous attend : 4 semaines de vacances; Congés mobiles offerts; Programme Bien-Être; Automatisation et robotisation des opérations; REER avec participation de l'employeur; Entreprise active dans sa communauté; Équipe enthousiaste où chaque journée commence avec le sourire! Vos principales responsabilités seront : Coordonner les opérations quotidiennes du laboratoire; Former les nouveaux employés ou ceux sous sa supervision; Assurer la cohésion d’équipe et le respect des politiques et procédures; Gérer les problématiques quotidiennes; Contribuer à la mise en place de nouvelles tâches; Participer à la chaîne de travail (VCC), incluant la préparation des piluliers et la vérification des ordonnances (VRx) avant validation par le pharmacien; Gérer les narcotiques.
