Als Schadenprüfer / KFZ-Sachverständiger (m/w/d) bist du Teil unseres Expertenteams und prüfst KFZ-Schadenfälle im Innendienst. Du stellst sicher, dass Reparaturkalkulationen, Kostenvoranschläge und Rechnungen fachlich korrekt, wirtschaftlich sinnvoll und regelkonform sind. Mit deiner Expertise trägst du entscheidend zur Qualität und Effizienz unseres digitalen Schadenmanagements bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Prüfung und Korrektur von KFZ-Schadenbelegen und Schadenfällen, insbesondere Kostenvoranschlägen und Rechnungen
  • Fachliche Bewertung von Reparaturwegen und Unfallinstandsetzungen
  • Du prüfst deutsche und italienische KFZ-Schadenakten und stellst deren fachliche und wirtschaftliche Korrektheit sicher.
  • Kommunikation und fachliche Abstimmung mit Werkstätten
  • Kalkulation und Bewertung von Reparaturen mit Systemen wie DAT,Audatexund Herstellersystemen
  • Sicherstellung von Prüfqualität, Stückzahl und inhaltlicher Konsistenz

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im KFZ-Bereich, z. B. als Karosseriebauer, Lackierer, KFZ-Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar, jeweils mit Gesellenbrief
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der KFZ-Unfallinstandsetzung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Reparaturkalkulation und im Umgang mit DAT, Audatex oder Herstellersystemen
  • Erfahrung als Schadenprüfer oder KFZ-Sachverständiger von Vorteil
  • Gute Italienischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und gängigen Anwendungen
  • Klare Kommunikation, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Erste Sachverständigen-Erfahrung oder ein Meisterbrief sind ein Plus
