The posting

Who we are

Flow Pouch makes functional mushroom pouches. People use them as a clean alternative to nicotine pouches and energy products: no nicotine, no caffeine, no crash. We launched in 2024, we have grown quickly, mostly through subscriptions, and we manufacture in the US. We are a remote team of about 25 people across the US, Europe, Brazil and the Philippines.

Why we are hiring

Almost everything we sell comes through paid ads and the pages behind them. Today we have a page builder who ships pages fast, and creative strategists who write ads, but nobody who owns the funnel itself: the angle, the copy, the structure of the page and the offer, from the first headline to the checkout. That is this role. You decide what the funnel is and write it; our page builder builds it, so you can make more of them.

What you will own

  • Funnels from scratch. Advertorials, listicles, pre-sell and sales pages, offer and upsell flows. You see the finished page in your head before you write the first line, and then you write all of it.
  • Copy. Headlines, hooks, body, proof, offer, CTA. Direct response, written to convert cold traffic from Meta.
  • Structure and briefs. A clear layout and brief for every page so our page builder can build it in one pass, not five.
  • Iteration. You read the numbers with our Head of Performance and rewrite what is not converting. A funnel is never finished.
  • Angles. You work with our creative strategists so what the ad promises is what the page delivers.

What this role is not

You will not be building pages in Shopify or a page builder; that is our page builder's job. You will not be writing ads or editing video; our strategists and editors do that. This is not a brand voice or content marketing role. It is direct response for a consumable product with a subscription.

Who we are looking for

  • You have built at least three complete DTC funnels yourself, copy and structure, for products sold on cold traffic. Supplements, consumables or wellness is a plus.
  • You write in native-level English for a US audience. Your copy reads like a person, not like a template.
  • You understand why a funnel works: the angle, the mechanism, the proof, the offer, the order they come in. You can explain what you would change on a page and why.
  • You are comfortable being judged on conversion rate, not on how the page looks.
  • You use AI tools for research and drafts and know where they stop being useful.
  • Based in Brazil, or elsewhere in the Americas with a working day that overlaps US Eastern hours.

What is hard about this

We would rather you hear it now than in month three:

  • The brief is often an angle and a deadline. You fill in the rest.
  • Our product sits next to nicotine pouches, so the claims we can make are specific and the line between persuasive and non-compliant is real. You learn it fast and write inside it.
  • You report to a co-founder who moves quickly. Priorities change, and a page that is live on Monday may be rewritten by Thursday because the numbers said so.
  • You hand your work to someone else to build. Your brief has to be good enough that the page comes back the way you saw it.
