The posting

Who we are

Flow Pouch makes functional mushroom pouches. People use them as a clean alternative to nicotine pouches and energy products: no nicotine, no caffeine, no crash. We launched in 2024, we have grown quickly, mostly through subscriptions, and we manufacture in the US. We are a remote team of about 25 people across the US, Europe and the Philippines.

Why we are hiring

Our website, our social channels and our brand assets have been built by different people at different times, and it shows. We want one designer who owns how Flow looks everywhere except in paid ads: the website pages we test, the social posts we publish, the templates the team uses, and the brand consistency across all of it.

What you will own

  • Website design. New sections for our product pages that we test, listicle and landing page layouts, handed to our developer in Figma.
  • Social media posts. Designed, on brand, on schedule.
  • Brand assets and templates. The files the rest of the team uses, so that what they produce looks like Flow.
  • Email and SMS templates, and packaging design support together with our Head of Customer Experience.
  • Brand coherence. Same look, same feel, on every touchpoint.

Your first weeks: new product page sections for testing, a listicle structure, and a batch of social posts.

What this role is not

Paid social statics are made by a separate designer. Video is made by our editors. Brand strategy is not part of this role.

Who we are looking for

  • 4+ years of design for DTC or consumer brands, with a portfolio that shows website, social and brand work.
  • Figma expert. You have handed designs to developers before and know what they need from you.
  • Comfortable with AI image tools. Blender is a bonus.
  • You take a brief, ask the right questions, and deliver in two rounds, not five.
  • Based in the Philippines or Eastern Europe, with a few hours of overlap with US Eastern working hours.

What is hard about this

We would rather you hear it now than in month three:

  • Briefs are sometimes a sentence long. Asking the right questions is part of the job.
  • Several people will give you feedback: the founders, the developer, later the Head of Customer Experience. You keep the brand consistent through all of it.
  • Part-time means prioritising. Twenty hours go to what moves the site and the brand, not to everything that gets asked.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
