Responsable technique

Mission principales:

  • Assurer la bonne exploitation, la maintenance préventive et corrective ainsi que la surveillance des installations techniques de l'ensemble des établissements de la Fondation ;
  • Planifier, coordonner et contrôler les travaux courants de l'équipe de maintenance ainsi que les chantiers ponctuels ;
  • Superviser et suivre l'entretien des installations techniques et domotiques sous contrat avec les prestataires externes ;
  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement et la mise à jour de l'inventaire des infrastructures, équipements et véhicules de la Fondation ;
  • Établir les demandes d'offres, en assurer l'analyse comparative et soumettre les propositions à la Direction ;
  • Effectuer un contrôle régulier des bâtiments, de leurs structures et de leurs équipements techniques afin d'assurer la conformité et la sécurité des installations ;
  • Encadrer et motiver l'équipe des agents d'exploitation, organiser leur travail et apporter un soutien aux interventions de terrain ;
  • Être le garant de la qualité des prestations des entreprises externes et veiller au strict respect des contrats établis ;
  • Agir comme personne\-ressource pour les équipes interdisciplinaires de la Fondation sur l'ensemble des sites ;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec la Direction pour la mise en œuvre des projets de construction, de transformation et de déménagement (EMS et CAT) ;
  • Contribuer activement au développement et à l'évolution de la Fondation, notamment lors des projets d'extension et des nouveaux chantiers.

Compétences requises:

  • CFC utile à la fonction
  • Formation supérieure dans un domaine technique ou en gestion de maintenance, idéalement complétée par des connaissances en sécurité et gestion de projet ;
  • Formation en gestion d’équipe ;
  • Expérience confirmée de plusieurs années dans l'utilisation d'une GMAO
  • Expérience confirmée de plusieurs années dans une fonction similaire, incluant la gestion d'équipe et la supervision de chantiers ;
  • Leadership reconnu, favorisant la cohésion, la motivation et le développement des compétences au sein de l'équipe ;
  • Excellentes capacités de planification, d'organisation et d'autonomie, alliées à une réelle flexibilité et disponibilité ;
  • Aisance dans le travail en collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires évoluant en milieu médico\-social ;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, et aisance dans l'utilisation des outils informatiques ;
  • Forte capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et de prise d'initiative
