Finalités de la fonction

Sous l’autorité de la Directrice-Gérante et en collaboration avec les autres responsables, vous pilotez le service technique, composé d’une vingtaine de collaborateurs. Vous assurez son bon fonctionnement, mobilisez les compétences de votre équipe et contribuez à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d’entretien et de développement du patrimoine immobilier.

Responsabilités de la fonction

Management et coordination du service

  • Encadrer, accompagner et mobiliser les collaborateurs du service technique ;
  • Organiser et coordonner les activités du service en veillant à une répartition claire des rôles et responsabilités ;
  • Planifier, superviser et évaluer le travail des collaborateurs ;
  • Favoriser la communication, la coopération et la responsabilisation au sein de l’équipe ;
  • Veiller au respect des procédures, à la continuité des activités et à l’amélioration du fonctionnement du service.

Gestion des interventions

  • Garantir la coordination administrative et technique des demandes d’intervention des locataires ;
  • Superviser les interventions de la régie ouvrière et des prestataires externes, en veillant à la qualité des travaux, au respect des délais et à la maîtrise des périodes d’inoccupation des logements ;
  • Organiser la prise en charge des urgences techniques et des sinistres ;
  • Superviser la gestion des stocks et des approvisionnements en matériel technique.

Gestion et développement du patrimoine

  • Définir et planifier les besoins d’entretien, de rénovation et de mise en conformité du patrimoine à court, moyen et long terme ;
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration des programmes d’investissements et conseiller les organes de gestion dans leurs choix stratégiques et opérationnels ;
  • Superviser l’élaboration et le suivi des marchés publics liés aux activités du service technique ;
  • Coordonner et contrôler la bonne exécution des chantiers, tant au niveau technique que financier ;
  • Veiller à la sécurité, à la conformité et à l’amélioration de la performance énergétique du patrimoine ;

Superviser l’actualisation du cadastre immobilier et collaborer avec les différents partenaires internes et externes.
