The posting

We grew from $1M to $10M ARR in under 12 months and now serve 10,000+ customers.

Fonio is Europe¿s market leader for AI phone agents for SMBs. Now we¿re expanding globally and into new products.

We move fast, take ownership, give direct feedback, and avoid politics and unnecessary meetings.

Join one of Europe¿s fastest-growing companies. 1 Content Creator (Dutch) (m/w/d) Your Role

You are the face of fonio. You get in front of the camera, explain AI in a way that gets people excited, and build both brand and conversions at the same time. The challenge: we're B2B, but we want to build ourselves like a consumer brand.

What You'll Do

* Regularly produce content for TikTok and Instagram: short, entertaining videos about AI, automation, and our products

* Contribute ideas, help develop formats, and understand what performs

* Think brand and conversion together: you know that great content can do both

* Work closely with our Creative Strategist

Who We're Looking For

* You feel at home in front of the camera and you're entertaining on it

* You're excited about AI and the whole space, not just casually interested

* Native-level Dutch + good English skills

What We Offer

* Competitive salary: €45,000-€60,000

* Equity: you're helping build this, so you should get a piece of it

* Equipment of your choice: whatever makes you happy

* Lunch & dinner on us: We cover your lunch and dinner every day, plus unlimited drinks and snacks.

How to apply

Film a 30-60 second vertical video (TikTok/Reels style) in your native language that would make a small business owner, like a hairdresser, plumber or dentist, want to try an AI phone assistant like fonio. Your phone is all you need. Applications without a video won't be considered.

Application Process

* 15-min intro call

* 30-min skill interview

* 20-min culture fit

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
