YOUR ROLE

DACH is our home market. Thousands of SMBs here already trust fonio to answer their calls, and that motion keeps scaling every day. Now we’re going after the next segment: companies with hundreds of employees and real call volume. Think clinic groups, multi-location service businesses, insurance brokers, property managers and regional retail chains. Big, but not giant. Still fast enough to decide.

You’re a hunter. Nobody hands you this pipeline. You open the doors, run the cycle, and close.

WHAT TO EXPECT

- Own the mid-market segment in Germany, Austria and Switzerland: target list, outreach, discovery, pilot, close

- Longer cycles than our SMB motion: multiple stakeholders, procurement, works councils, security and GDPR reviews

- Clear quota ownership with targets built for this segment

- Build the playbook as you go: what qualifies, what a pilot looks like, how we win

- Use what we already have: a strong brand in DACH, thousands of references and an SMB team that sees which accounts are ready for more

- Work closely with our leadership on strategy, product feedback and what this segment needs from us

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 4+ years closing B2B software deals with mid-market or enterprise accounts in DACH

- A network you can actually use: you know who to call at these companies

- Genuine hunter: your best deals came from accounts you created, not inherited

- Comfortable running complex cycles without a large support org behind you

- Consultative and technically curious: call flows, telephony, CRM integrations, data protection

- Native or C2 German; fluent English

- Willing to work from Vienna
