  • Du verantwortest den Vertriebsprozess für den niederländischen Markt von Anfang bis Ende: Erstkontakt, Demo, Lösungsvalidierung, Angebot und Abschluss.
  • Du baust deine eigene Pipeline auf - über Outbound, Messen, Marketing-Leads und dein Netzwerk – und steuerst sie in HubSpot.
  • Du führst Vertriebsgespräche mit Geschäftsführungen, Produktionsleitungen und Supply-Chain-Verantwortlichen und machst KI-Prognosen für sie einfach und greifbar.
  • Du verhandelst Angebote und Verträge und bringst Deals zum Abschluss.
  • Du entscheidest, auf welche Segmente und Accounts du dich zuerst konzentrierst, testest, was funktioniert, und teilst deine Erkenntnisse mit Sales und Marketing in Köln.
  • Du bringst Feedback aus dem niederländischen Markt in unsere Produkt- und Marketingteams.

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, in denen du selbst Abschlüsse gemacht hast.
  • Niederländisch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C2): Du verhandelst und schreibst sicher auf Geschäftsführungsebene.
  • Deutsch auf C1-Niveau: Du arbeitest täglich auf Deutsch mit unserem Team in Deutschland.
  • Eine Hands-on-Arbeitsweise: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Ziele, bringst Dinge ins Rollen, ohne auf Anweisungen zu warten, und ziehst sie durch.
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf von Software oder SaaS ist ein klarer Vorteil.

Nice to have

  • Erfahrung in einem Start-up oder Scale-up.
  • Kenntnisse der niederländischen Food-Branche (Bäckerei, Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, Systemgastronomie) und Kontakte dort.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse.
