  • Du führst neue Kund:innen durchs Onboarding, sodass sie schnell merken, was foodforecast für sie leistet.
  • Du baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu deinen Kund:innen auf und sorgst dafür, dass sie gern und dauerhaft mit uns zusammenarbeiten.
  • Du schaust dir an, wie deine Kund:innen das Produkt nutzen, erkennst, wo es hakt oder wo mehr drin ist, und sprichst das von dir aus an.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Sales und Marketing zusammen und bringst die Perspektive deiner Kund:innen ins Team.

Dein Profil

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du erklärst auch Komplexes klar und verständlich und findest den richtigen Ton, ob am Telefon, per Mail oder im Call.
  • Serviceorientierung und sicheres Auftreten: Du begegnest Kund:innen auf Augenhöhe, bleibst auch in kritischen Gesprächen souverän und präsentierst gern.
  • Eigeninitiative: Du gehst Themen von dir aus an, statt darauf zu warten, dass dich jemand anstößt.
  • Ergebnisorientierung: Du willst, dass deine Kund:innen mit foodforecast erfolgreich sind, und arbeitest konsequent darauf hin.
  • Sprachen: Deutsch mindestens auf C1-Niveau, Englisch mindestens auf B2-Niveau, jeweils in Wort und Schrift.

Nice to have

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Wenn du über einen anderen Weg zu uns kommst, freuen wir uns genauso auf deine Bewerbung.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Customer Success, Account Management oder Kundenservice.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM- und Ticketsystemen.
  • Kenntnisse weiterer europäischer Sprachen.
