  • Erste Anlaufstelle: Du bist die Stimme von foodforecast für unsere größten Kund:innen. Die meisten Tickets löst du selbst - schnell, fachlich sauber und in einem Ton, der zu Großkund:innen passt.
  • Detektivarbeit: Du stellst die richtigen Fragen, grenzt Fehler ein und löst sie. Und wenn ein Fall größer ist, übergibst du ihn so aufbereitet an Customer Success oder Produkt, dass niemand nachfragen muss.
  • Verlässlichkeit: Du hältst unsere Reaktionszeiten ein und dokumentierst jeden Fall so, dass das Team nahtlos übernehmen kann.
  • Wirkung über das Ticket hinaus: Du erkennst Muster in den Anfragen und machst daraus Textbausteine, Help-Artikel und Produktideen, die direkt bei unserem Produktteam landen.

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit

  • Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben und kannst neben dem Studium 15-20 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten.
  • Deutsch auf C1-Niveau: Du schreibst täglich auf Deutsch mit unseren Kund:innen.
  • Englisch auf B2-Niveau: Du gehst sicher mit englischen Anfragen und Dokumentationen um.
  • Du erklärst Dinge einfach und bleibst freundlich und klar, auch wenn die Antwort nicht die erhoffte ist.
  • Du willst wissen, warum etwas nicht funktioniert - und bleibst dran, bis du es weißt.
  • Du behältst bei mehreren offenen Tickets den Überblick und bleibst auch bei fordernden Kund:innen ruhig.
  • Du arbeitest dich gern in neue Software ein und packst Dinge von dir aus an.

Nice to have

  • Erfahrung mit einem Ticketsystem.
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Support, auch aus einem Nebenjob.
  • Interesse an Lebensmittelhandel, Bäckerei oder Gastronomie.
