Responsabilités :

Directement rattaché(e) au responsable du service Delivery Operations, tu seras en charge de l’exécution et du bon déroulement du processus de livraison. Ta mission sera d’aiguiller avec finesse nos prestataires coursiers pour faire en sorte que chaque commande soit livrée rapidement et selon les standards de qualité de foodora.

  • Gestion des commandes sur une plateforme.
  • Expédition des commandes aux drivers les mieux placés via l’application coursier.
  • Communication téléphonique avec les drivers et les restaurants.
  • Participation à la mise en place de processus pour optimiser les temps de livraison et améliorer la qualité du service foodora.

Le candidat idéal :

  • Flexible et disponible pour travailler exclusivement les soirs et week-end tu as également une bonne connaissance de Paris et l’envie de travailler en équipe.
  • Réactif(ve) et adaptable, ta capacité à assumer un rythme de travail intense et à gérer les coups de stress pendant les heures de service fera la différence !
  • Proactif(ve) et autonome tes capacités analytiques seront très appréciées.
  • Idéalement étudiant(e), tu souhaites t’engager à nos côtés pour 20h de travail par semaine !
