Arrivés en France il y a un an dans un contexte hyper- concurrentiel, nous avons su nous faire une place parmi les leaders du marché et aujourd’hui, nous livrons chaque jour les meilleurs restaurants de Paris, de Bordeaux et de Lyon à des milliers de personnes.

Ce n’est que le début de notre splendide développement c’est pourquoi nous cherchons les meilleurs talents pour nous rejoindre dans cette belle aventure.

Missions :

Rattaché(e) au département Opérations de foodora France, tu seras totalement en charge de la gestion de notre flotte de coursiers-partenaires de la phase de recrutement à celle de l’évaluation. Tu devras ainsi améliorer continuellement et de façon stratégique le calcul des rémunérations et le processus de recrutement.

  • Gestion de la facturation
  • Sélection des coursiers | staffing – terrain | gestion des stocks
  • Community Management | Evaluation des performances

Le candidat idéal :

  • Proactif et autonome ton tempérament de leader et tes excellentes capacités analytiques feront la différence : tu aimes autant encadrer les équipes et les développer qu’apporter des solutions à des problématiques chiffrées en quelques secondes.
  • Diplomate avec un excellent relationnel tu aimes les challenges et tu n’as pas froid aux yeux : tu ne te laisses pas facilement impressionner, il en faut beaucoup pour te déstabiliser ! A la fois ferme et accessible avec tes équipes tu sais les rappeler à l’ordre quand il le faut et les féliciter quand elles le méritent. Chef imperturbable, tu n’as qu’une parole et tu imposes le respect. Pédagogue, très direct et particulièrement à l’aise à l’oral tu sauras te faire comprendre facilement de tous
  • Très organisé tu as le goût de la structuration des process et de l’amélioration continue, tes notions de droit du travail et de fiscalité te seront souvent utiles
  • Ton expérience du recrutement et du secteur des start-up serait un plus
