Responsabilités :

En tant que stagiaire IT à temps plein, tu seras en charge de développer notre département Informatique.

Rattaché(e) directement au IT Manager, ton rôle sera d’assurer l’adéquation de nos partenaires avec les standards logistiques de foodora à travers, notamment :

  • La prise de rendez-vous avec les restaurants-partenaires
  • La réalisation des mises à jour sur Androïd
  • Le règlement (par téléphone ou sur place) des bugs informatiques qu’ils soient dû au Wifi, à la déconnexion de l'imprimante ou aux mises à jour de l’application
  • La préparation du matériel nécessaire au processus d’intégration des restaurants par les gestionnaires de comptes (tablette, imprimeur…)
  • Le déplacement de restaurant en restaurant pour le remplacement ou l'installation de matériel (toute la journée)
  • Le suivi et la mise à jour d’un fichier Excell existant

Le candidat idéal :

  • Bon communicant, autonome et très impliqué tu as idéalement déjà une 1ière expérience des missions évoquées au sein d’une start-up
  • Rigoureux, tu es reconnu par ton entourage pour ta grande capacité d’écoute et tu sauras faire preuve d’esprit d’équipe
  • Ta capacité à assumer un rythme de travail intense fera la différence !
