Das erwartet Dich

  • Du verantwortest die Aufnahme, Analyse und technische Bewertung komplexer Anforderungen und übersetzt Business Needs in umsetzbare User Stories inklusive Akzeptanzkriterien.
  • Dabei steuerst du das Product Backlog und arbeitest eng mit Salesforce-Entwicklern sowie internationalen Development-Teams an nachhaltigen, skalierbaren Lösungen.
  • Gemeinsam mit relevanten Stakeholdern entwickelst du Solution- und Technical-Designs, wirkst bei Architekturentscheidungen mit und etablierst Salesforce Best Practices.
  • In Workshops und agilen Formaten bringst du Business und Technology zusammen, moderierst mit klarem Outcome-Fokus auf Senior-Stakeholder-Level und stellst die technische Umsetzbarkeit sicher.
  • Darüber hinaus optimierst du CRM-Prozesse in Sales, Service und Marketing, begleitest Testing und UAT und unterstützt bei technischen Reviews, Deployments und der Weiterentwicklung der Salesforce-Landschaft.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Salesforce Consultant oder (Teil-)Salesforce Developer sowie fundierte Salesforce-Expertise, idealerweise in Sales Cloud und Salesforce Platform
  • Technisches Verständnis für Apex, LWC, Aura, Salesforce Flows, Automatisierung und Datenmodellierung sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse in Salesforce-Architektur, Security und Governor Limits
  • Erfahrung in der Definition und Optimierung von CRM-Prozessen für Sales, Service und/oder Marketing sowie in internationalen Entwicklungsteams
  • Know-how in Integrationen und Deployment, z. B. REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft oder Workato, Git, SFDX und CI/CD; idealerweise Erfahrung mit Code Reviews und technischer Qualitätssicherung
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Senior Stakeholdern; Salesforce-Zertifizierungen und Erfahrung mit Jira, Confluence oder CRM Analytics sind ein Plus
