Das erwartet Dich

  • Du berätst unsere Mandanten bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Klimaschutzstrategien und Dekarbonisierungsmaßnahmen mit einem Fokus auf der Erstellung von Carbon Footprints (Scope 1-3), der Methodenentwicklung im Bereich Scope 3 sowie der Ableitung und Quantifizierung geeigneter Reduktionsmaßnahmen.
  • Im Rahmen deiner Projekte analysierst du Klimarisiken, führst Szenarioanalysen durch und beschäftigst dich mit der Erfassung, Analyse und Qualitätssicherung von Klima- und Umweltdaten.
  • Zudem übernimmst du die fachliche Führung deines Projektteams und entwickelst deine Kolleg*innen gezielt weiter.
  • Du leitest Projekte eigenständig und arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen.
  • Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsangebote und engagierst dich aktiv in Akquise- und Marketing-Aktivitäten.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, Klimaschutz oder ESG-Beratung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Carbon Accounting, Klimastrategien oder Klimarisikoanalysen
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse komplexer Daten sowie deren strukturierte Aufbereitung
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Mandanten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
