Das erwartet Dich

  • Du verantwortest die Aufnahme, Analyse und technische Bewertung komplexer Anforderungen und übersetzt Business-Anforderungen in technisch umsetzbare User Stories inklusive technischer Spezifikation und Akzeptanzkriterien.
  • Dabei steuerst du das Product Backlog und setzt Anforderungen eigenständig innerhalb der Salesforce-Plattform um – von der technischen Konzeption bis zur Entwicklung mit Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) und Flows.
  • Gemeinsam mit einem Entwicklungsteams entwickelst du technische Lösungsdesigns, führst Code Reviews durch und stellst Entwicklungsstandards sowie Best Practices auf der Salesforce-Plattform sicher.
  • In Workshops und agilen Formaten bringst du Business und Technology zusammen, stimmst technische Lösungen mit Fachbereichen und Senior Stakeholdern ab und sorgst für eine klare Übersetzung in die technische Umsetzung.
  • Darüber hinaus optimierst du CRM-Prozesse und Salesforce-Lösungen, erstellst technische Dokumentationen, unterstützt bei Architekturentscheidungen und begleitest Testing, UAT und Deployment-Aktivitäten.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Consultant oder Technical Product Owner mit ausgeprägtem Hands-on-Fokus
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Sales Cloud und Salesforce Platform sowie fundierte Entwicklungserfahrung mit Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Trigger Frameworks und asynchroner Verarbeitung
  • Erfahrung mit Datenmodellierung, Objects & Relationships und Sharing Model sowie Integrationen über REST APIs, SOAP APIs und Platform Events
  • Know-how in modernen Entwicklungs- und DevOps-Prozessen, idealerweise mit Git, Salesforce CLI und CI/CD-Pipelines, sowie ein tiefes Verständnis für Salesforce-Architektur, Governor Limits, Security und Performance-Optimierung
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Erfahrung in internationalen und remote arbeitenden Teams; Zertifizierungen wie Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect oder System Architect sind ein Plus
