Das erwartet Dich

  • Du gestaltest die Finanzorganisation führender mittelständischer Unternehmen und internationaler Konzerne und begleitest Transformationsprogramme von der Strategie bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
  • Dabei entwickelst und implementierst du zukunftsorientierte Operating Models sowie effiziente Organisations-, Governance- und Prozessstrukturen entlang der gesamten Finance-Wertschöpfungskette.
  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Mandant*innen treibst du die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Finance-Funktionen durch moderne Technologien und datengetriebene Lösungen voran.
  • Du übernimmst die Leitung komplexer Transformationsinitiativen, steuerst interdisziplinäre Projektteams und begleitest den Aufbau sowie die Weiterentwicklung von Shared Service Centern und Global Business Services.
  • Darüber hinaus entwickelst du unser Beratungsportfolio aktiv weiter, unterstützt bei der Akquise neuer Mandate und förderst die fachliche sowie persönliche Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeitenden.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Management- oder Transformationsberatung mit Schwerpunkt Finance Transformation, Finance Strategy oder Operating Model Design
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Finance-End-to-End-Prozesse (Record-to-Report, Purchase-to-Pay und Order-to-Cash) sowie deren strategischer und organisatorischer Weiterentwicklung
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Finance Operating Models, Shared Service Centern, Global Business Services und Outsourcing-Initiativen
  • Erfolgreiche Leitung komplexer Transformationsprogramme sowie Führung und Entwicklung von Projektteams und Mitarbeitenden
  • Souveränes Auftreten auf Management- und C-Level-Ebene, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
