Principais Responsabilidades:

Levantamento de Requisitos:

Atuar como principal aliado do BP e das áreas de negócio na identificação, análise e priorização de necessidades, propondo soluções tecnológicas eficazes. Exercer um papel técnico e consultivo (advisory), compartilhando conhecimento e melhores práticas em projetos e melhorias relacionadas ao SAP e sistemas legados;

Alinhamento com o negócio:

Garantir que as necessidades do negócio sejam corretamente compreendidas e traduzidas em soluções tecnológicas viáveis. Facilitar a comunicação entre equipes de TI e de negócio, assegurando alinhamento e eficiência na entrega;

Desenho de Soluções:

Desenvolver e documentar especificações técnicas e funcionais para sistemas novos ou já existentes, seguindo guide de arquitetura e segurança da informação.

Colaborando com equipes funcionais e de desenvolvimento da consultoria, bem como de negócio do Aché;

Gestão de Projetos e Melhorias:

Participar de reuniões de projetos, monitorando cronogramas, entregas e a alocação de recursos (incluindo squads externas), garantindo aderência aos objetivos e prazos estabelecidos;

Integração de Sistemas:

Desenvolver, documentar e assegurar a integração eficiente entre diferentes plataformas e aplicações, minimizando riscos, falhas e impactos no negócio.

Melhoria Contínua:

Desenvolver, documentar e assegurar que as entregas estejam em linha com os objetivos. Monitorar e medir o impacto das soluções implementadas. Propor melhorias contínuas em processos e soluções com base no feedback do negócio.

Análise de Viabilidade:

Realizar estudos de viabilidade técnica e financeira para novas soluções, considerando custos, benefícios, escalabilidade e riscos.

Gestão de Fornecedores e Parceiros:Coordenar demandas junto a fornecedores externos e parceiros de tecnologia, assegurando qualidade e conformidade com os guides internos de tecnologia.

Pré-Requisitos:

Graduação Completa em Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência acima de 5 anos;

Experiência em soluções financeiras como suporte e projetos / líder técnico (SAP FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-CO, MasterSaf, SAP – Demais soluções financeiras)

Imprescindível:

Gestão de Projetos e Metodologias Ágeis: Conhecimento em frameworks como Scrum, Kanban, e metodologias como PMBOK para planejamento e execução de projetos;

Desejável:

Ter atuado no setor farmacêutico / saúde;

Ferramentas de Integração: Experiência com APIs REST/SOAP, middleware e outras ferramentas de integração de sistemas;

Conhecimento em SAP S/4 HANA;

Cibersegurança:

Noções sobre práticas de segurança da informação, proteção de dados e conformidade com normas como LGPD;

Arquitetura de Sistemas:

Conhecimento sobre padrões de arquitetura (monolítica, SOA, microserviços) e integração de sistemas;

Banco de Dados:

Habilidade em modelagem, consulta e administração de bancos relacionais (MySQL, PostgreSQL) e não relacionais (MongoDB, Redis).
