Empresa de médio porte localizada em Serra - ES busca um Controller para atuar em uma posição estratégica, com reporte direto à Diretoria, sendo responsável por liderar a gestão de Controladoria e apoiar decisões do negócio através de análises financeiras, indicadores de performance, governança e planejamento tributário.

Buscamos um profissional com forte visão de negócio, sólida experiência contábil, fiscal e financeira, capaz de transformar informações em estratégias para melhoria de resultados, eficiência operacional e preparação da empresa para novos cenários econômicos e tributários.

Principais responsabilidades

Liderar a área de Controladoria, garantindo qualidade e confiabilidade das informações contábeis, fiscais e financeiras;

Atuar como parceiro estratégico da Diretoria na análise de resultados, oportunidades e riscos do negócio;

Elaborar e acompanhar orçamento anual, projeções financeiras, indicadores e análises gerenciais;

Desenvolver relatórios executivos e estudos para suporte à tomada de decisão;

Analisar DRE, margens, custos, despesas, rentabilidade e oportunidades de melhoria;

Gerenciar processos contábeis, fiscais, financeiros e societários;

Garantir conformidade fiscal e tributária, acompanhando mudanças legais e impactos no negócio;

Atuar estrategicamente na avaliação dos impactos da Reforma Tributária, conduzindo análises de cenários, oportunidades, riscos e adequações necessárias para a empresa;

Apoiar decisões relacionadas à formação de preços, estrutura tributária, cadeia de compras e rentabilidade dos produtos;

Coordenar processos financeiros envolvendo fluxo de caixa, contas a pagar, contas a receber e controles financeiros;

Desenvolver melhorias de processos, controles internos e sistemas de gestão;

Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas Financeira, Compras, Comercial, Operações e Tecnologia;

Liderar e desenvolver equipes, promovendo evolução técnica e melhoria da performance.

Requisitos

Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência sólida em Controladoria, Contabilidade, Finanças ou áreas relacionadas;

Experiência em posições de liderança ou coordenação;

Forte conhecimento em análise financeira, orçamento, indicadores e planejamento;

Sólida experiência em processos contábeis e fiscais;

Conhecimento avançado em legislação tributária e obrigações acessórias;

Experiência com análise de impactos tributários e planejamento fiscal;

Capacidade de interpretar mudanças regulatórias e traduzir impactos para decisões estratégicas do negócio;

Perfil analítico, estratégico, organizado e orientado a resultados.

Diferenciais

Experiência em varejo, distribuição, saúde ou operações com múltiplas unidades;

Vivência em empresas com alto volume transacional;

Experiência com projetos de transformação tributária;

Conhecimento de indicadores de varejo como margem, perdas, estoque e rentabilidade;

Pós-graduação/MBA em Controladoria, Finanças, Auditoria, Tributação ou Gestão Empresarial.
