Estamos em busca de um Especialista em Inteligência Artificial para atuar na transformação digital da empresa, desenvolvendo soluções inovadoras que gerem ganhos de eficiência, apoiem a tomada de decisão e impulsionem a evolução dos processos de negócio.

Esta posição é ideal para profissionais que desejam aplicar Inteligência Artificial, aprendizado de máquina, automação inteligente e análise avançada de dados em projetos estratégicos, com autonomia para propor melhorias e implementar soluções de alto impacto.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver, implantar e evoluir modelos de Inteligência Artificial, aprendizado de máquina e automação inteligente aplicados aos processos da empresa.
  • Identificar oportunidades de utilização de IA nas diferentes áreas do negócio, propondo soluções que gerem ganhos operacionais e estratégicos.
  • Construir, organizar e manter estruturas de dados para treinamento, validação, implantação e monitoramento de modelos.
  • Integrar soluções de IA com sistemas corporativos, plataformas de dados, ERP, CRM e ferramentas analíticas.
  • Analisar grandes volumes de dados para geração de insights e suporte à tomada de decisão.
  • Avaliar, testar e implementar ferramentas, plataformas, APIs e soluções de Inteligência Artificial, incluindo IA Generativa e modelos de linguagem.
  • Monitorar o desempenho das soluções implantadas, promovendo melhorias contínuas de precisão, eficiência e confiabilidade.
  • Garantir boas práticas de qualidade, segurança, governança e utilização dos dados.
  • Atuar como referência técnica para apoiar as áreas internas na adoção e evolução de iniciativas de Inteligência Artificial.

Requisitos

  • Experiência no desenvolvimento e implementação de soluções de Inteligência Artificial e aprendizado de máquina.
  • Conhecimento em Python e ferramentas voltadas para ciência de dados e IA.
  • Experiência com manipulação, tratamento e análise de dados.
  • Vivência em integração de aplicações por meio de APIs e conexão com sistemas corporativos.
  • Conhecimento em bancos de dados, plataformas analíticas e ferramentas de visualização de informações.
  • Experiência com IA Generativa, modelos de linguagem (LLMs) e automação inteligente será considerada um diferencial.
  • Capacidade de compreender desafios de negócio e transformá-los em soluções tecnológicas de valor.
