Responsabilidades:

Atuar como ponto de contato para questões avançadas e problemas complexos relacionados ao SAP APO e IBP, coordenando a resolução eficaz e ágil.

Suporte Nível 3 aos times de atendimento e resolução de Incidentes níveis 1 e 2:

Monitorar, identificar e resolver problemas reportados pelos usuários nos módulos do SAP APO e IBP

Fornecer suporte técnico e funcional para os times de suporte aos usuários finais do SAP APO, solucionando problemas e oferecendo orientações para melhorar o uso do sistema.

Garantir que os incidentes sejam resolvidos dentro dos prazos acordados (SLA)

Registrar e documentar todos os problemas e soluções

Análise e Diagnostico de Problemas

Realizar análises detalhadas de erros e falhas de sistema

Identificar causas raiz dos problemas para evitar recorrências

Testar e validar soluções antes de implementar em ambiente produtivo

Manutenção e Suporte Preventivo

Realizar revisões periódicas a fim de identificar possíveis falhas, atualizações notas, supportpackage, ambiente cloud, redução de tabelas log e etc

Monitorar processos e sistemas para assegurar alta disponibilidade e desempenho

Documentação e Treinamento

Desenvolver materiais de treinamento e capacitar os usuários finais para utilização eficiente do SAP APO, garantindo que as equipes estejam alinhadas às melhores práticas.

Oferecer treinamento contínuo e suporte a usuários em processos avançados e customizações no SAP APO e IBP.

Apoio a Melhorias e Projetos

Sugerir melhorias no sistema para otimizar processos de negócios

Trabalhar em conjunto com time de suporte AMS, equipe de melhorias e projetos

Integração e Suporte Técnico

Garantir a integração do SAP APO com outros módulos SAP, como SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP e SAP WM, assim como com sistemas externos, garantindo a continuidade e eficiência dos processos de cadeia de suprimentos.

Trabalhar em colaboração com equipes de TI e outros departamentos para garantir uma integração sem falhas e otimização das operações.

Relacionamento com Usuários e Equipe Tecnica

Atuar como intermediário entre os usuários do negócio e a equipe técnica

Gerenciar expectativa e comunicar status de problemas ou mudanças no sistema

Acompanhar as cargas noturnas para que os dados estejam prontos para o processo de S&OP

Abrir e acompanhar chamados abertos na SAP garantindo retorno ao cliente de TI dentro do SLA acordado.

Melhoria contínua e inovação:

Identificar e implementar melhorias contínuas nos processos de planejamento de cadeia de suprimentos, visando aumentar a eficiência e reduzir custos.

Acompanhar as tendências do mercado e inovações tecnológicas no SAP APO, sugerindo novas funcionalidades e ferramentas para atender às necessidades empresariais.

Gestão de contratos e desempenho dos fornecedores:

Criar e manter relatórios de desempenho e indicadores-chave (KPIs) para monitorar a eficiência dos processos de planejamento, alinhando-os aos objetivos de negócios.

Analisar os dados de planejamento e otimização para fornecer insights e sugestões de melhorias contínuas na cadeia de suprimentos.

Conhecimentos Necessários:

Certificações em SAP SCM, SAP APO, ou módulos relacionados como SAP PPDS, Otimizador e CIF Conhecimento SAP IBP, MM e PP.

Conhecimento e experiência prática em Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) e Global Available-to-Promise (GATP)no SAP APO.

Experiência em integração do SAP APO com outros módulos do SAP, como SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP e SAP WM.

Conhecimento em processos de planejamento de cadeia de suprimentos, como MRP, otimização de estoques e previsão de demanda.

Habilidade em análise de dados, criação de relatórios e geração de KPIs seria um diferencial.
