Estamos em busca de um Analista SAP para atuar na sustentação, melhoria contínua e evolução do ambiente SAP corporativo, desempenhando um papel estratégico na conexão entre as áreas de negócio, fornecedores e equipes globais de TI.

Este profissional será responsável por garantir a estabilidade dos processos de negócio suportados pelo SAP, conduzir melhorias sistêmicas, apoiar projetos de transformação digital e assegurar a conformidade regulatória dos sistemas utilizados pela organização, incluindo requisitos GxP e ANVISA.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Atuar na sustentação e evolução dos módulos SAP, apoiando usuários-chave e parceiros especializados.
  • Levantar, analisar e traduzir necessidades das áreas de negócio em requisitos funcionais e soluções tecnológicas.
  • Gerenciar solicitações de mudanças (Change Requests), garantindo rastreabilidade, qualidade e conformidade regulatória.
  • Elaborar e revisar documentações funcionais, técnicas e regulatórias relacionadas aos sistemas corporativos.
  • Participar ativamente de projetos de implementação, melhorias, integrações e otimização de processos.
  • Conduzir testes funcionais, elaboração de cenários de validação e acompanhamento das homologações junto aos usuários.
  • Monitorar cronogramas, entregas, riscos e indicadores dos projetos sob sua responsabilidade.
  • Atuar como interface entre as equipes locais e globais de TI, promovendo alinhamento técnico e operacional.
  • Apoiar auditorias, inspeções regulatórias e iniciativas de validação de sistemas computadorizados (CSV).
  • Produzir manuais, procedimentos e materiais de treinamento, contribuindo para a gestão do conhecimento.
  • Garantir o atendimento aos chamados e incidentes dentro dos SLAs estabelecidos.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Ensino superior em andamento ou completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência com suporte, análise e melhorias em ambientes SAP.
  • Inglês avançado para interação com equipes e stakeholders internacionais.
  • Conhecimento em processos de negócio suportados pelo ERP SAP.
  • Experiência em documentação funcional, levantamento de requisitos e acompanhamento de projetos.
  • Disponibilidade para interação com equipes globais em diferentes fusos horários.

Diferenciais

  • Formação ou certificação SAP, preferencialmente nos módulos SD ou MM.
  • Conhecimento nos módulos FI, CO, SD, MM, QM e EWM.
  • Vivência em ambientes regulados pelas normas GxP.
  • Experiência com Validação de Sistemas Computadorizados (CSV).
  • Conhecimento em processos regulatórios relacionados à ANVISA.
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado.
  • Experiência em gestão de demandas, projetos e melhoria contínua de processos.
