Coordenador Comercial

Modelo híbrido – Vitória/ES

Nosso cliente está em fase de expansão e busca um Coordenador Comercial para liderar a evolução da estratégia de vendas e fortalecer sua presença no mercado. Procuramos um perfil estratégico, com forte capacidade de execução, que tenha experiência no setor de tecnologia e esteja preparado para atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, orientado a crescimento e inovação.

O foco é oferecer soluções tecnológicas de alto valor para empresas, incluindo serviços em segurança da informação, infraestrutura, dados e transformação digital.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Liderar e desenvolver o time comercial, garantindo alta performance e alinhamento com os objetivos da empresa
  • Estruturar e executar estratégias de vendas voltadas para diferentes segmentos de mercado
  • Identificar oportunidades de expansão e novos negócios, atuando diretamente na prospecção e fechamento de contas estratégicas
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com marketing na geração e qualificação de leads, otimizando o funil de vendas
  • Apoiar o time na condução de negociações complexas e construção de propostas de valor
  • Acompanhar indicadores comerciais (pipeline, conversão, receita, ticket médio, ciclos de venda) e propor melhorias contínuas
  • Criar e padronizar processos comerciais, contribuindo para escalabilidade da operação
  • Garantir excelência no relacionamento com clientes e parceiros

Requisitos

  • Experiência sólida na área comercial em empresas de tecnologia (preferencialmente com serviços B2B)
  • Vivência com soluções como segurança da informação, cloud, infraestrutura, dados ou serviços gerenciados
  • Histórico comprovado de atingimento de metas e desenvolvimento de negócios
  • Experiência com liderança ou coordenação de equipe comercial
  • Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados e com forte capacidade de execução
  • Excelente comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal

  • Experiência na estruturação ou reestruturação de áreas comerciais
  • Conhecimento em vendas consultivas e ciclo de vendas complexos
  • Atuação prévia com modelos digitais de geração de demanda
